Next, we enter the world of Excel formatting. We look in depth at options for formatting numbers, including dates and times, and even show you how to create your own custom formats. We also walk you though Excel’s tools for alignment, wrapping and merging, font formatting, and borders and fills. Then we get to something really fun - conditional formatting. Conditional formatting is simply an awesome way to quickly visually data. Once you get the hang of this powerful tool, you can reveal key insights in just seconds. Next is managing data. We show you how to use Excel’s powerful tools to sort and filter data, and we give you specific techniques for finding and eliminating duplicates. Charts are simply the best way to communicate information with impact. We show you how to create charts, how to add elements like titles and legends, and apply formatting to get a great presentation. We also look at how to change chart types, and how untangle things when Excel guesses wrong. The number one goal of this course is to help you learn Excel fast so you can get back to your real work.
